Mindy Wajcman
R.N., B.S.N.
Mindy was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Kansas. Mindy initially worked at the K.U. Medical Center as the Assistant Head Nurse of the Orthopedic Surgery unit. In 1985, she transitioned to office pediatric nursing, where she fostered her desire to work with new parents and their infants, and particularly assist breastfeeding mothers and their babies. In 1990 she became certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and has maintained that credential. Mindy has been married for 30 years, and has 3 grown children, one of whom is married. Mindy's other interests involve volunteering for several organizations, walking, and enjoying time spent with her family and friends.
