At Pediatric Care Specialists, Inc., we strive to provide our patients with the best continuity of care possible.
Each well child check will be scheduled with your child's primary doctor. We encourage you to make these appointments as far in advance as possible. Our schedule is open twelve months in advance, so booking annual well-child exams is always available.
It's never convenient to have a sick child. If your child becomes ill, please call our office for same day availability options with your doctor. If your primary care provider is not available, our office offers walk-in care M-F from 8:30-12pm and 1:30-4:30pm. We have a laboratory on site and are able to test for strep throat, influenza, RSV, COVID-19, infectious mononucleosis, urinary complaints, blood sugars, and perform complete blood counts. Well Appointments
Well Visit ScheduleDid you know regular well child visits are one of the most important things you can do to keep your child healthy? Well child visits also provide you with the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your child’s health.
Your child should have a well child visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 3 months in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
Sick Appointments
We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. We also offer walk-in appointments for acute symptoms.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
